The program was developed based on science and the experience of Professor Regina Vilela (PhD in Human Nutrition), who has worked as a nutritionist, professor, and scientist for over 30 years. The focus is nutritional rehabilitation based on teaching for sustainable self-care, focusing on weight loss and maintenance. Over the course of four weeks, Professor Regina will guide you through the connection between neuroscience, the environment, metabolism, appetite regulation, nutrition, and its connection to weight control and health. You will have access to a unique program, with PRIVATE ACCESS to the training platform with video lessons and other resources to learn about nutrition and how it impacts your health. You will also have access to small groups where you will have the opportunity to discuss weight loss topics with Dr. Regina, online and live, from the comfort of your home. Groups are limited to a maximum of 11 people, ensuring you receive the full attention you need to benefit from the program. At the end of the process, the goal is for you to have a Self-Care Plan developed by you, with the guidance of the instructor. This is an opportunity to take control of your health in an environment where you will be protected from the miraculous proposals that lead to constant frustration and feelings of abandonment. IMPORTANT: This is not a consultation and does not replace medical, nutritional, or psychological support.
