For example, if the course is about Treatment of Obesity in Adults, but you have a question about children, the teacher can answer it if she wishes, but she may choose not to. If there is a question, related to the course topic or not (in the case of nutritional learning in which you choose the topic), the teacher may ask that this question be answered on another occasion, and may then reschedule a new meeting, free of charge, to provide a more precise answer. Furthermore, the teacher, by observing your facial expressions, may notice that something is not clear and repeat or rearrange the answers to ensure that you understood the content. If you do not feel comfortable showing your image in real time, unfortunately, it will not be possible to proceed with the meeting.
